AND THE FRUSTRATION CONTS......

Yesterday I had an accounter with the home health agency I would like to forget. Last week I had to change this weeks schedule. This change occured after my PCA left. I told the info to the secretary. Well, the PCA didn't show up, so I called the office. The secretary said something about "Don't you remember, you changed the schedule?" Well yeah, that's why I was calling. The Pca doesn't usually come on Mon. A few minutes later, I got a call from the owner. She treated me like I was dumb! She said REALLY SLOW "Don't you remember? Your appointment this week changed?" Well, yeah I remembered. I mean, I have MS, not a dead brain!!! I explained it to her that my medical appt for next week was rescheduled, but my son's school appointment was on for this week and that I had explained all this to the secretary. No "I'm sorry for the confusion" or anything like that. This encounter made me first sad and then angry. They had no right to make me feel like I was a dumby!!
