The first day of the PCA services starts tomorrow. I will receive help T,W, and F 2PM - 4PM. I want to get this going, but am still a little nervous. We'll see what happens!
I saw on another site info about how spinal alignment is helping treat the effects of MS. There was a spot on a Montel Williams Show about this. He has been doing it for a few months and has found it painless and benefical. I plan on talking with my doc about it.

I watch Montel all of the time, he does good work for MS, and he's always trying new meds and things out. If you can get in on this, you should try it.
