ANOTHER TONAL/MS DAY

With this cold weather, into my life comes tone issues. The muscles, particularly around my knee, become tense, making it almost impossible for the knees to bend. I am on meds to prevent this, but it doesn't always work. My husband will try with all his might to bend the knees, but usually to no avail. It's not all that painful to me, though. It does make it difficult to get in and out of the car, and will cause me to slide out of my chair. Just fun and games! When I know I am going out, I try to hold off taking my meds til just before I am to leave. I have become accustom to carrying meds in my bag in a small container. This method does help about 75% of the time. Hey, things could be worse. It could work only 25% of the time!
